PROFESSOR OVERVIEW

Professors can play a key role in supporting their students in the Effie Collegiate competition. Additionally, Effie Worldwide aims to be a resource for professors - both via the Effie Curriculum and the Case Database. More details can be found below.

For the 2020-2021 brand challenge, Bose and Effie will invite college students across the U.S. to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign highlighting Bose headphone/earbud innovation, focused on winning with the Gen Z (18-24) audience.

The task is two-fold:

  1. Landscape assessment of brands that are winning with Gen Z and why, then recommendation for areas where Bose can improve based on learnings.
  2. Use the learnings and recommendations to create a holiday campaign including a full creative brief and concept, media strategy, and new thinking on how Bose can win with this younger and influential audience
