STUDENT OVERVIEW

Our program brings students and major brands together to address a real-world marketing challenge. The brand presents a brief to student teams, who then use Effie’s framework for marketing effectiveness, to research, ideate and execute innovative marketing strategies.

For the 2020-2021 brand challenge, Bose will challenge students to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign highlighting Bose headphone/earbud innovation, focused on winning with the Gen Z (18-24) audience.

The task is two-fold:

  1. Landscape assessment of brands that are winning with Gen Z and why, then recommendation for areas where Bose can improve based on learnings.
  2. Use the learnings and recommendations to create a holiday campaign including a full creative brief and concept, media strategy, and new thinking on how Bose can win with this younger and influential audience

In order to access the detailed Client Brief, please submit the Intent to Enter Form and review & sign the NDA. Once received and confirmed, the Effie Collegiate team will reach out with credentials for access.
