The Effie Effectiveness Bootcamp is an in-person experience that equips future marketing leaders, across disciplines, with the theories and practical application for successful marketing. We encourage early enrollment as each session is limited to 30 participants.

BOOTCAMP STRUCTURE

This intensive training for future marketing leaders is divided into two parts:

During the kickoff week (4 days), participants will receive training in Effie's Framework for Effectiveness, hear from influential speakers, practice case study analysis, experience cross-industry peer learning, networking, and more.
In the following eight weeks, participants apply their learning to an independent challenge relevant to their business, with the support of an industry mentor.

Upon successful completion, participants receive the globally-recognized Effie Marketing Effectiveness Certificate.

Ideal participants are top performing marketers with 5-7 years of experience who have demonstrated curiosity, interest in learning, and spurring innovation.
