Our two-part bootcamp equips marketers early in their careers, across all disciplines, with the fundamentals of evaluating and achieving effective marketing. The first part of the program involves an in-person workshop over four consecutive days, where participants receive training developed around Effie's framework for marketing effectivess. The workshop includes influential guest speakers, case study analysis, excursions and collaborative excercises that encourage peer-to-peer learning and networking. Past speakers have included Ricardo Fort, Head of Global Sponsorships at Coca-Cola, Ann Mukherjee, former Global Commerical Officer, at SC Johnson and Khartoon Weiss, Global Head of Verticals at Spotify, to name a few.
The second half of the Bootcamp takes the learning further. Participants apply the principles learned during the in-person Bootcamp to independent case study project, relevant to their business.
Following successful completion of the eight week program, participants receive a globally recognized Effie Marketing Effectiveness Certificate.
